ABOUT WEEKLY CLASSES
At Full Circle Studio, our weekly classes are designed to support the mind, body, and nervous system through movement, energy work, mindfulness, and community connection.
We offer a variety of classes and workshops including yoga, qigong, sound healing, somatic practices, meditation, Reiki-based offerings, intuitive development, and holistic wellness education.
Whether you are looking to reduce stress, reconnect with yourself, explore energetic awareness, or simply take time to pause and reset, our classes are created to meet you where you are.
We are a boutique wellness studio, which means our classes are intentionally smaller and more personal. We are not packing mats wall-to-wall. We value impact, authenticity, connection, and care so that each person feels supported in their experience.
Each teacher and practitioner brings a unique background, depth of knowledge, and passion for what they do. Every class is offered with intention, experience, and a genuine love for helping others learn, heal, grow, and reconnect with themselves.
Our goal is to provide a welcoming space where people can explore healing, personal growth, movement, and deeper self-awareness in a grounded and supportive environment.

Five Element Qigong Series Class
June 2, 9, 16, 23, 30 | *All classes will be held in person and via zoom.

This is Journey through the Five Elements of Traditional Chinese Medicine in this five-week series class. Each week we will learn the Five Element Qigong exercise for one major yin organ - lungs, kidneys, liver, heart, or spleen - and explore the element and emotion associated with it. We will cover the meridians (energy channels) and practical ways to keep the ‘qi’ flowing smoothly. Each element is beautiful and distinct, and can be practiced on their own or as a whole. This is a lovely practice for beginners and more seasoned practitioners.
What is Qigong? - Qigong is an ancient Chinese practice that combines physical movement, meditation, and controlled breathing to promote overall health and well-being. One of its primary benefits is stress reduction, as it encourages relaxation and mindfulness. Regular practice can enhance flexibility, balance, and strength, improving physical fitness. Additionally, qigong is known to boost immune function, increase energy levels, and promote emotional stability. Many practitioners also find that it aids in pain management and supports mental clarity, making it a holistic approach to wellness.

This Soundbath holds space for you in a frequency where you can relax your nervous system and release any energy in your magnetic body that needs to move on. Through my study of Reiki and my knowledge of energy, I am able to help guide you through your evening with the energy of sound, and hold energetic space for you to allow yourself to feel calm, centered, and rejuvenated.
Soundbaths consist of different sound frequencies that help our body vibrate energy through sound. These frequencies promote relaxation and influence the body on a cellular level by affecting energy flow. Different frequencies of sound can have varying effects on the body, with low frequencies impacting deeper tissues and higher frequencies influencing the nervous system more directly.
Bring mat, water bottle, and any blankets, pillows, eye masks to help make you comfortable.

Somatic Activated Healing (SAH) w/ Leslie Alterman is a (60min) class with a holistic approach to healing and spiritual growth that helps you release stored emotional energy, regulate your nervous system, and reconnect to what is alive within.
SAH blends: + Somatic (body-based) movement + Rhythmic breathwork + Meditation and Affirmations + Sound and spontaneous expression + Somatic dance. Supports deep nervous system regulation, emotional release, movement, breathwork.
All levels welcome.
