VINYASA YOGA, CERTIFIED PERFORMANCE BREATH COACH, TRAUMA INFORMED YOGA, SOUND HEALING
Reidy is an Atlanta native who has either taught or lived in what feels like just about every neighborhood inside the perimeter over the past 10 years. A former gymnast and diver, she has a deep understanding of body awareness, cadence, strength, and courage. With a Bachelor's in Psychology and a Master's in Social Work from the University of Georgia, Reidy began her helping profession career in a high-stress clinical setting, where she learned about the intricacies of mental health and the importance of self-care—a lesson she didn't fully understand until after taking a step back in 2018.
In 2020, Reidy completed her 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training at Highland Yoga and began teaching full-time, specializing in heated vinyasa yoga, for five years. Reidy studied Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction through the Atlanta Mindfulness Institute, and also through programs geared toward health practitioners created by and led by Tara Brach and Jack Kornfield. As a Certified Performance Breathing Coach through XPT, Reidy focuses on optimizing breath for athletic performance and resilience. She cites additional training in Trauma-Informed Yoga through Raquel Durden, founder of Athens nonprofit Humble Warrior, and sound healing training through local practitioner Malinie Feeney.
Known for grounding, intelligently sequenced, and breath-focused classes, Reidy offers accessible challenges for all levels. Outside of yoga, you may find Reidy private cheffing, kickboxing, marathoning, writing dry-humored newsletters, and relaxing with her Cocker Spaniel, Stevie.
JADE JAMROZY
MARA ROSARIA
KUNDALINI YOGA, VINYASA YOGA, MEDITATION, YIN YOGA
Jade found her love for yoga over a decade ago. Since then she has become a lifelong student and pursued her RYT200 with Leigh Mallis. Yoga school was a transformative experience and inspired her to share her love for yoga with others. Her career has been primarily beauty focused and merging the internal and external beauty quickly became her passion. Through a mixture kundalini, vinyasa, yin, and meditation Jade hopes to help others learn to connect with their bodies, move their energy, and have some tools to regulate their nervous system.
MEDICAL QIGONG, SHAMANIC HEALING + ANDEAN MEDICINE, SOUND HEALING THERAPY
Mara has extensive experience leading workshops and classes, to a very diverse audience. She has studied mindfulness with Tibetan monks at Emory University, Medical Qigong from graduates of the International College of Qigong, and Sifu Matthew Cohen in Malibu, California. She has also studied shamanic healing and Andean Medicine under the Four Winds Society and continues her studies and mentorship with Master Don Alejandro Apaza, a Q’ero elder from the Kiko community in Cusco, Peru. She has also studied sound healing therapy with Danielle Hall and Sara Auster. She specializes in helping others receive relief from anxiety, depression, stress, insomnia, physical pain, childhood trauma and generational trauma. She can also assist you with a holistic lifestyle plan that will include movement exercises as well as a diet assessment influenced by Functional Medicine, for those looking to improve their overall health.
Mara believes that her sessions are transformational, not only because of her extensive background in many traditional healing modalities, but also because of her ability to be present. For it is through our ability to be fully in the moment, that we can allow true healing to emerge.
