Learn the Five Element Qigong exercises for one major yin organ - lungs, kidneys, liver, heart, and spleen - and explore the element and emotion associated with it. We will also cover the meridians, or energy channels, and practical ways to keep the ‘qi’ flowing smoothly. Each element is beautiful and distinct, and can be practiced on their own or as a whole. This is a lovely practice for beginners and more seasoned practitioners.
