We are a boutique wellness studio, so classes are smaller and we are not packing mats wall to wall. We are about impact, authenticity, and care.


We offer weekly classes that are unique to our studio. Our teachers are trained in several modalities and practices and bring to you intentional classes.

We also offer monthly classes and guest teachers that host classes and workshops at the studio. You can always check here and Instagram for upcoming classes/workshops.

 

 

SUNDAYS | 10AM | MINDFUL FLOW

with Jade Jamrozy

This class incorporates a blend of Kundalini Yoga movements, combined with Vinyasa Yoga transitions and gentle Yin Yoga stretch poses.

It has been thoughtfully created to assist you in releasing pent-up energy while fostering a deeper connection with the natural flow of your day, allowing for both physical and mental rejuvenation.

All-levels class.


TUESDAYS | 6:30PM | QIGONG

QIGONG (60 Min) w/MARA ROSARIA

(pronounced “chee-gong”) is an ancient Chinese practice rooted in traditional Chinese medicine, involving coordinated movements, breathing, ad meditation to promote health and well-being by optimizing the flow of “qi”(vital energy).

The movements in Qigong are low-impact and easy on the joints and muscles. The movement is not fast enough to increase the heart rate, which means it does not serve as cardiovascular exercise. Instead, the main benefits are encouraging the flow of Qi, or energy, and improving circulation, balance, spinal alignment, and strength. No weights are used in a Qigong class. Strength is built by engaging the whole body in gentle movements. These movements also encourage muscle control.

Mara will guide you through these meditative movements to help prevent stagnation of the body’s energy, which is thought to lead to health issues. Bring water bottle and mat. All levels welcome!


WEDNESDAYS | 6:30PM | SOUNDBATH

This Soundbath holds space for you in a frequency where you can relax your nervous system and release any energy in your magnetic body that needs to move on. Through my study of Reiki and my knowledge of energy, I am able to help guide you through your evening with the energy of sound, and hold energetic space for you to allow yourself to feel calm, centered, and rejuvenated.

Soundbaths consist of different sound frequencies that help our body vibrate energy through sound. These frequencies promote relaxation and influence the body on a cellular level by affecting energy flow. Different frequencies of sound can have varying effects on the body, with low frequencies impacting deeper tissues and higher frequencies influencing the nervous system more directly.

Bring mat, water bottle, and any blankets, pillows, eye masks to help make you comfortable.


THURSDAYS | 5:30PM | GENTLE FLOW + RESTORATIVE YOGA

with Jean Strickland

(60 MIN) Let this class be a sacred pause in the rhythm of your week. It’s an invitation to soften, realign, and return home to yourself. It’s a blend of gentle flow yoga, breathwork, meditation, and supportive restorative poses.

This class begins with a gentle intentional flow to awaken the body and shift stagnant energy, then transitions into deeply restful postures that support nervous system healing and energetic balance.

Held in a non-heated studio, this class is open to all levels and offers a midweek reset to ground, restore, and re-center.

Join Jean Strickland as she guides you through a non-heated traditional Vinyasa Yoga flow. All levels welcome. This class is offered the last Sunday of each month at 11:30am. Bring mat and water bottle.
